Looks like even rock stars can’t get out of Google Street View’s all probing eye. Flaming Lips front-man Wayne Coyne was caught doing one of his famous Halloween stunts in his local neighbourhood of Oklahoma City. From the Sydney Morning Herald:
“The band’s eccentric front-man Wayne Coyne, 49, can be seen in his home town of Oklahoma City lounging beneath a crude hand-painted red and yellow sign that reads “Blob in the bath”. The image can be accessed by anyone on Google Maps.
The discovery was made by a member of the official Flaming Lips forum, who verified the find by providing links to videos and pictures on the band’s MySpace page, which features the same bath.
Apparently the outdoor bath was an art experiment created by Coyne for Halloween a few years ago.
The bath was configured to boil like a cauldron and blood appears to be splattered across the scene.”
